The story of Oldrobo

I worked with many companies after graduating. All the companies I worked with had a major problem in dealing with their employees. Because I was the technical director, I was the first one noticed this problem. Although employees were interested in their position in the company, they were tired of the workplace after a while. So they started putting no efforts or not engaging in the team sessions to bring their ideas. They’re exhausted!

Even after they leave the company home, their minds involved. Their work for them was tedious. They are complaining and unhappy with this situation even their salary was raised!

The poor employee performance is a common problem!

The managers wanted their team to work harder. They are willing to encourage their team and boost their employee performance. But because of no motivation, their team performance was declined. This problem was occupying my mind for a long time. Companies can’t achieve their goals because of the poor performance of their employees. I was thinking of a solution almost all day and night. I consulted with my colleague. He also believed that employees were tired of the workplace. Fatigue kills an employee’s performance.
